No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

The Room Refresh Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Key Painting & Decorating, LLC, 100 W 2nd Street, Suite 100, Hummelstown, PA 17036, (717) 566-0280 (the "Sponsor").

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who own the home where the room to be painted is located, and whose home is within the Sponsor's Central Pennsylvania service area. Employees of the Sponsor, its marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 30, 2026, or when 100 eligible entries have been received, whichever comes first (the "Entry Period").

5. How to Enter

Complete and submit the entry form at keypainting.net/room-refresh during the Entry Period. All fields are required, including agreement to these Official Rules and permission for the Sponsor to use your name and photographs as described in Section 9. Limit one entry per household. Incomplete, duplicate, or ineligible entries, and entries received outside the Entry Period, will be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive professional interior repainting of one room in the winner's eligible home, limited to walls and trim, with an approximate retail value of up to $1,500. The prize includes labor and paint for the walls and trim of the selected room up to $1,500. Room size and ceiling height limits may apply and could incur an additional cost (oversize rooms or ceilings greater than 10 feet in height). Ceilings, cabinets, wallpaper removal, significant drywall or carpentry repair, and any work beyond the stated value are not included but can be added at an additional cost to the winner. Work will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. The prize is not transferable and has no cash value, and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 2, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by phone and email using the information provided on the entry form. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 24 hours of notification, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize and may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

9. Publicity

By entering, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your name, city, and photographs of your room, including before and after photos, in follow-up promotional materials, on its website, and on social media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Follow-Up Offer

Entrants who do not win may be contacted by the Sponsor with a follow-up offer for a free painting estimate and 10% off a qualifying painting project scheduled by February 22, 2027.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, entrants agree to release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor's decisions are final. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

12. Social Media

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social media platform.

13. Privacy Notice

The information you submit (name, address, phone, email, and details about your home and room) is collected by Key Painting & Decorating, LLC to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, and follow up with entrants about the offer described in Section 10. We also record how you found the entry page (for example, a Facebook ad or a printed QR code) to measure our advertising. We do not sell your information. Our marketing agency, Spartan Digital, may receive entry information to help administer the Giveaway.
